1Definitions and Applicability

In these Terms, "jtowin" refers to the entity that operates this platform. "Services" refers to all online gaming, betting, bonuses and related services provided through jtowin. "Account" refers to the user's registered profile.

These Terms apply to all individuals who use our services from any location, including Bangladesh. jtowin reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use jtowin's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be mentally capable and using this service of your own free will.
• You must ensure that online gaming or betting is not legally prohibited in your area.
• No individual may create more than one account.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number and banking details provided at registration must be genuine and your own. jtowin may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately via live chat. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. jtowin also reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without notice in cases of Terms violation.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jtowin is ৳300. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The same minimum deposit limit applies to each payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method originally used for the deposit.

4.3 Payment Verification

All withdrawal requests go through a security check. If fraud or suspicious activity is detected, the withdrawal may be put on hold and identity verification may be required.

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must bet 10 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

jtowin reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if bonus abuse is detected, such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or using coordinated betting strategies. Promotional offers may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

• Each user may not use any single promotion more than once.
• Bonuses are issued in the account currency (BDT) only.
• Some games may not count towards bonus wagering.

6VIP Program and Cashback

jtowin has five VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits, cashback rates and tier change rules may be updated at any time at jtowin's discretion.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jtowin platform:

• Fraud, deceptive activity or software manipulation
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same individual
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence
• Unauthorised access to another user's account
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform
• Betting or managing accounts on behalf of or in the name of a third party

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8Game Integrity and Fair Play

jtowin is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games used on our platform are operated by recognised game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt) and follow fair play principles.

In disputes regarding game outcomes, the game provider's logs and server records will be treated as final evidence. In disputes arising from technical errors, jtowin's decision is final.

The relevant balance or transaction may be put on hold during the dispute resolution period.

11Intellectual Property

jtowin's website, logo, content, graphics, software and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of jtowin. Users may not copy, distribute or modify these materials beyond personal use.

Content and trademarks belonging to game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) are the property of those respective organisations. jtowin operates services solely under their licence.

12Limitation of Liability

jtowin bears no responsibility in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical failure
• If loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or the actions of a third party
• If services are unavailable due to unforeseen events (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions
• For financial loss from gaming or problems related to addiction

In any circumstance, jtowin's maximum liability is limited to the balance available in the user's account.

13Privacy Policy

14Service Changes and Termination

jtowin reserves the right to change the scope, features or availability of its services at any time. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or upgrades.

In the event of a full service shutdown, jtowin will notify users in a timely manner and arrange the return of any valid balance.
